Recieved a call from this number asking for my sister. They stated she had put me down as a refrence on something and now they need to speak with her to resolve a criminal matter. They called themselves Financial Crime Services. I kind of think they might be a scam.

Received a call from the above the number also stating about a docket number. they called themselves financial crime services. And that we should call them or have my lawyer speak to them regarding our side of the story.Not sure if this a scam.

It is a scam.  If any legitimate law enforcement agency or their representative was looking to serve you with papers, they would not give you advanced notice.

These people called my phone looking for my husband, I advised them he wasn't available, not ten minutes later my friend calls me saying the same people are calling her looking for me saying tjat they are perusing a warrant against me. They said they are investigating a check written to a payday loan company over 4 years ago, which I tried to advise I filled Chapter 7 on over 2 years ago on. They are now trying to say that it doesn't matter they are still filling a warrant against me for a bad check. Don't pay them anything. There is no debt they can pursue since thee courts gave me an honorable discharge.

I just received a phone message from (855) 775-2578 regarding my sister and a "criminal case matter".
I called them back and spoke with Investigator Ricks from "Financial Crime Services".  They said that they were looking for my sister and was told if she does not call back by 7pm today, a felony warrant will be issued tomorrow morning. I was absolutely freaked out.  
I called my phone service to get a trace on what city and state and whether this phone number is coming from a valid number.  This company called be several times a day for about 2 weeks now and they never left a message until today.  My phone service was unable to identify where this call originated from and that it is an "800" number.
Finding this site with the same scenario leads me to believe it is just a collections agency.  I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for misleading information and harassment of daily calls.  They made me believe this was a serious legal matter involving a warrant for my sister's arrest.  
This type of business practice should be outlawed and that the "truth" should be disclosed that they are a collections agency.  This company makes it out to be that it is a governmental law enforcement agency.  
If you get a phone call from them, ignore it and block your calls.  Then report it immediately to the Better Business Bureau and any other agencies that will assist.
Shame on this company and I hope they get in trouble for disguising themselves as a law enforcement agency.

I finally got a hold of my sister who states that this is a collections agency for a payday loan company.  It seems they also called my dad who also freaked out.

I am disgusted that "Financial Crime Services" never once mentioned that they were a collections agency or that they are attempting to collect a debt.  They just said that it was a criminal matter that will lead to a felony warrant being issued.

DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS FROM 855-775-2578.  It is a collections agency and they need to deal with the debtor directly as my sister says she already spoke with them.

FINANCIAL CRIME SERVICES IS A COLLECTIONS AGENCY!!!!! They should be mandated to disclose this information.

these people keep calling my house and now my work. said i have a court date and they were going to waive. ha i dont have this much money to pay at once i can make payments and they said no or im going to jail for 10yrs with criminal charges. i thought they have to send you something in the mail.  i have never received anything from any collection or anyone else.  the ones that i do i pay them.... also i had a  bunch of checks stolen and the bank closed my account because someone kept taking money out of the account.

they gave me two numbers 8557752578 and 8324263388
