I received a phone call from 720-563-6545 from Russell Jensen stating he was with the Denver Sheriff's Department and the Denver County Courts.  He stated he had "legal documents" that he would be serving at my place of employment and that a supervisor of mine would need to witness my signature for the documents he was going to serve.  He gave me a docket number and said that I could avoid having him show up if I contacted ICS (Internal Check Systems) to work out an arrangement.  He then TRANSFERRED me to Jack Thompson, phone number 855-999-5540.  Jack Thompson stated I had an old payday loan debt (which I don't) and that I was facing fraud charges and fines of nearly $4000 but that I could settle my debt for $578 and all I had to do was give him my pre-paid debit card number.  These people have been calling me from blocked numbers, numbers from West Blockton, AL, along with a phone number that comes up on my caller ID as Lockheed Martin - they are obvioulsy a scam.  Last week Jack Thompson told me they were a "debt collector" and when I asked him why he wasn't stating all of the rules and laws "...this communication is from a debt collect and call is being recorded...." he then changed his story and said they were an "arbitration firm".  When I asked to speak with one of their attorneys or arbitrators he did not have a name of anybody I could talk to and transferred me to the voicemail of MIKE COX - who's name and phone number have been referenced in previous comments.  The website, http://internalchecksystems.com/about.html, for Internal Check Systems states they are a debt collector and their contact phone number is the same "direct line" for Mike Cox.  Look at their website, it is full of typos and grammatical errors.  You tell me what type of "arbitration firm" has that kind of website.  DO NOT fall for these scam artists.  I told them to come to my place of employment and serve me with papers over 7 hours ago and they still haven't shown up.  I also contacted my local sheriff's department and they of course do not have anybody that will call before they serve you papers.  Also, they gave an address of 3380 Sheridan Road, suite 233, Amhurst, NY 14226, which is a mail box at a UPS shipping center.

Had a private number call and left a message saying her name was Samantha Lisa and she was with internal check services and was coming out to my place of employment or my home with a uniformed office to serve me some affidavit with some docket # tomorrow and if I wasn't going to be available to them to call an 844 number to discuss some matter with them..I don't have any loans or bad checks out..

A Guy named "Eli" called and said the same story.. That he would be coming to my house and if wasnt there that he would come by my job and have me sign some papers.... He said If i had question I could call 844-922-7435 with my reference number.. SO I CALLED it at 8:30 EST anf guess WHAT... it went to MIchael "Mike" Cox's Vmail... [***] tools.. Also after reading the reports I went to the ICS webpage and they shut DOWN their webserver!!! WHat a joke
