Scam. Trying to get your money.

Called my supervisor, looking for me, scared him to death. It was recording.

The number called from was not this number but I was given this number as a call back. Brittany was the name given by the caller and she gave me my file number.

This was the number I was given to call back.  I knew it was a scam, but wanted to play with them.  Woman said she was calling on behalf of Us Bank where I supposedly opened an account in 2003.  She said I wrote a check after I closed the account and now I owed them 423.00.  I told her I wanted it in writing. She didn't have many skills as a scammer, apparently, because she said the usual, I already sent you several mailings. When I said I would look for it in the mail now, she just said ok and hung up!

John harris keeps calling my job and they gave me a this # to call back he could not give me any information just that i owed $827 when i asked for it in writing and if i could speak to the person in charge regarding this he hung up

Just listened to a message left on my office phone from yesterday.  The number on the caller ID was 708-943-7199.  The caller identified herself as Brittany from NAM calling in regards to arrangements I had supposedly made with their office.  She said that either my representative or I needed to call the office back at 855-775-8690.  She said that if I did not call back a decision would be made on my behalf.  All of this was followed by a reference number.  Of course I have never made any arrangements with this "NAM" and have never received anything in writing.

These people are pretty inept at scamming.  They should fill out a few job apps.

I just got the exact same message.  I wonder if our account numbers are the same!

Skyler from NAM just called my job main line, a number I have never given out. Refused to even tell me the name of the company, and told me my wages would be garnished, I promptly told her what it was that she could suck and hung up.

beware of Credit Karma. They are now hacking credit Karma and making it look like these things are on your credit report. I received the same call about several days ago. She left a voicemail saying I would be summons for an online debt. I was skeptical and started doing my research. I looked on my credit report on credit karma and Plaza Services was next to the dept amount. I called the dept collection agency and they same woman i swear picked up the phone. She transferred me to an guy, boy was he good. But something in me believed that something that was not right. I mean I know owe somethings but no dept collection agency has every called me, i only receive letters through the mail. Upon more research I stumble upon this website and now I know for sure it is a scam. I have erased my credit karma account and will get rid of my email. I feel like the internet and everything on it is becoming more and more skeptical. I miss the good ole days when you could see a person face to face during a transaction. I would like to say thank you for the information and continue to write down your experiences because they would have got me if it wasn't for this website. Thanks again and be mindful of the hackers and scammers out there.
