what company is this, been gettign several calls from them

I received a call from this number on August 8th.  The number came up as unavailable. A woman left a message talking about an affidavit about some fraud with my bank account. She knew my ss # and place of employment as well as my bank account number.  She told me to call back and speak with Lisa Smith. I called my bank right away and closed the account.  Sounds like scammers to me!!!!!

I received a call from this number in reference to 2 counts of bank fraud. I told them to have the deputy or whoever serve me with the paperwork at my job because I live alone and I didnt feel comfortable with any uniform officers coming to my apartment. To make a long story short, I got an attorney and fought the case in court and it was quickly dismissed. The dumb f**ks actually had my social security number wrong and my name spelled wrong. As long as you have your paperwork and records you can tell these jerks to shove it and kiss your A** on both cheeks......F**king JERKS!!!!
