Phishing. Acts as a collection agency and gathers information for scam related activity. Also uses another number and will state that they are a company named EDP. Do NOT give out information, report to police.

This number (855) 777-1083 is a scam.  Call comes in as an unknown number about a compliant being considered for legal action. Do not answer or just tell them to go fly a kite.

They left a message.  Caller ID was had a different number but gave this number as call back.  Claimed a legal action was pending and provided a case number.  Almost positive it is a scam.  Did not call them back.

Told me there was a criminal complaint against me.

They are using my Facebook name, and leaving messages that are broken and hard to understand.  Said his name was Harper something,  my Transcript on my messages couldn't even understand what he was saying. but the guy had an island accent... I know my mom was scammed years ago from some people like this.  now they are picking names off my FB and calling them.  I am contacting the police.

They were saying that I owed the hospital $4912. I googled this number to find it was fake, then called the hospital to find that I didn't owe then anything from the date or year they stated.  They stated that if I didn't give them my income tax return that I would have to court.

The scammer left a message (unknown phone ID) about pending legal action with a case number and phone number to call for someone i have no association with but I do know of them.  Called their numbet, used a few choice words and they hung up.  Lol

Message left claiming I owe a debt - I have no debt.  They left a case number and a call back number  of (855) 777-1083.  They had my name, my phone #, my daughter's phone number and my date of birth.  I called the 855 number they stated the name of the company was Alpha Litigation out of California.  They would not tell me what the litigation was about.  I told him to send me something in the mail hopefully they don't have my address.  THIS IS A SCAM!

Pretends to be from a lawyer to gain your information. It's a scam do not answer. Block them and turn them in to the federal government.

A man named Don Harper  is calling me and my family members leaving a message saying he is   looking for me.

They called my husband’s phone really early in the morning to reach my mother; gave their name (Carlos Zackerman?)but not who they are with, and are talking about a complaint in his office being considered for an evaction (?), then they give a phone number and a case number. My mother wouldn’t use my husband’s number as a contact number.
Sounds like a scam.

This number has called me repeatedly and even my dad once.  They leave a threatening message that they will take legal action due to a complaint against me.  I googled it and I am not the only one that has had this issue.  I will be contacting the police.  Last time they called, they left a different number.  They are in the Pacific time zone and I am not.  Scam.
