No announcement, immediately put on hold with music, answerer did not identify himself. Said I had called a law firm.

Person was abusive and arrogant over the phone.   Claimed to work for Law Firms, however, absolutely a Scammer!   Don’t fall for anything they say, even if they have a little bit of information on you.   It’s all just B.S.   Report them if they contact you.

Received a voicemail saying it was related to Wanda Sheridan and important documents filed with the clerks office and asked me to call back with a case reference number. Never heard of a wanda sheridan in my life. Definitely a scam

left a msg regarding some filed documents. and a case # also mentioned a name I was supposed to be associated with. Never heard of this person. Definately a scam

When a lot of posts appear in a short amount of time and are very vague with a similar "theme" that generalizes nothing conclusive, keep in mind they might not be true.

Said the had court papers being filed in reference to a Rochelle Green Mcworther. I have never heard of this person before or have any idea what they were talking about left a reference number and case number. It seems like the same scam that other people have received calls on not going to call back or worry about it!

Received a phone from this number stating that they sent me a notice 45 days ago stating that I owe  $6,000 for a credit card that I never heard of. I told them I haven’t received a notice and they said they are trying to serve me papers to appear in court. I was threatened how I can have property taken from me wage garnishment etc and that I will basically lose the case because they can prove that I owe the money. She said you are going to pay up and I feel sorry for you and she hung up. She gave me they supposed website but when I went to it nothing came up I googled the name and a law firm came up but I definitely don’t think that was one not they way that she was talking to me. I’m not worried because I never had a credit card with the said company. I do believe that it is a scam. Her name was Heather.

They calling another family members  looking for me, when i called the number they keep hung up on me. Cant owe no debt as I'm under chapter 7. Scammer!

They called my husband saying that it's a law firm and had a case number on my name lol. And that I needed to call ASAP. Of course is B.S

Recieved calls yesterday and today regarding “an important matter” gave a case number and said to call within 24 hrs ..  definitely NOT falling for any scam!!  This is a shame people do this to people!!
