Kaiser Permanente calling to inform you of some exciting new things that are going on.

All the "exciting" things that the medical community is trying to push on us. I don't answer the calls from Kaiser. They are just trying to promote some $$$$ service that is most likely overkill. I know I've been there and done that..............

Received a message indicating it was Kaiser and there was a message. Told to call back and enter a 7 digit code.  When I called received another message that the message was no longer available.

Left msg claiming to be Kaiser Permanente and a 7digit code for me to use to retrieve a message. I called and entered number to hear a recording that said "message expired'

message from Kaiser to call 855-787-4973 and enter a 7 digit number. I called it but it said it didn't recognize the number I was using, even though it was the number they called. The 7 digit code it said was invalid...

Just got a voice mail from this number. It's from Kaiser and I'm supposed to enter a 7 digit PIN. I got this same call a few months ago, when I called and entered the numbers, it said my message had expired. I'm not calling back this time.

So I got the call, didn't answer, and then got an automated voicemail saying that they had important information for me and to call back and enter a 7 digit pin. So I called the number, it rang once, and the call immediately ended. I called again just to make sure and the same thing happened.

call comes up as unavailable on my phone, also the call came at 6pm on a Friday evening. I don't answer those types of calls so a message was left telling me to call that number and enter a 7 digit PIN that they had very important information for me and that i really must call them back. Scam from top to bottom, don't even call that number, there are scams that will keep you on your phone so that the bank can't get through to you while they clean out your bank account.

Gotta call and message as others stated. Called back, entered 7 digit code and was also told it was expired.

Got a message from Kaiser saying to call back and use a PIN that was not my Kaiser number. I didn't but it didn't recognize either number, but kept going back to the beginning of the loop. I do think it's a scam.

Left a message saying it was Kaiser Permanente and to call Back and enter 7 digit code.  Did so and as told by an automated voice that they didn't recognize the code and the whole thing started over again

Got same msg. Said call back at the same number, then enter the code.
Said the code didn't exist in their system.
Kept doing it.
Finally recording said to ck my extension number and call back later

I don't see how this could be a random scam.  My cell phone number is from where I used to live, an area without Kaiser.  How would a random scammer know that anyone uses a certain medical facility?

...because if the scammers call enough people with their war dialers, they'll eventually come upon someone who does use certain medical facilities.
