This telemarketer actually left a message. A woman identifying herself as Mary Levine said that due to recent interest rate changes she could offer me (without stating my name) a lower home mortgage payment. Interesting. a) I thought interest rates were going up, and b) I don't have a mortgage payment; my house has been paid off for several years. BLOCKED.

8:46 AM, disconnected on 2nd ring, then blocked.

Caller ID = Toll Free Call

Hangup call.

A woman named Mary Levine left a message about my mortgage loan, to discuss new rates.  I don't have a mortgage loan.

I just blocked a call from this # at 11:05 am. Another web site reports..."1-855-793-3601 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID."

Mary Levine telemarketer left a message. It  said that she could offer me a lower home mortgage payment due to recent interest rate changes . I don't have a mortgage payment & I don't own a home

I got Mary's same story.  Did not respond.  However, I looked up the 323 number on reverse white pages and they said " (323) 202-2310
is a VoIP number with an area code in CA -- Los Angeles.  It appears to be a valid number with low chance it is spam."  I left a message on the http://www.whitepages.com website.  On the page that appears when you look up a number there is a button to click where you can report what you know about it.   Maybe if a few more folks who  have been contacted by Mary leave a comment on the white pages web site it might help some other folks who are not aware of 800 Notes.   (I posted this same message on the 323-22-2310 discussion).

Called my cell phone then my home phone, I didn't answer either and no message was left

Caller says my mortgage loan has premiums to lower my payment and makes it sound like she is calling from my lender but never identifies herself from my lender.

Robo call.

855-793-3601 and then 323-615-3684, and then an unknown call all within 3 hours.

Called the store number of my business, I answered with name of my business, they immediately disconnected.

Called today at 4:54 PM PDT.(Wednesday) on 12th of April 2017. Caller ID showed "TOLL FREE CALL / 855-793-3601". We Let answering machine pickup & Caller (voice of female) did leave message on our answering machine about lowing your home mortgage payments.

This sounds like the call I got today.  Says "my" mortgage loan could be lowered. See, the thing is, my loan is on schedule to be paid off around August this year.  So I basically don't have to do a thing.
In this day and age, there's NO reason to do financial business with unknown callers.  Always consider that it's someone phishing for your private financial information.  Put a long-winded answering message on your machine, and leave a 2-3 second pause after saying "hello".  Today I just turned on the speaker and said nothing, then the telemarketers message started.  It sounds like a recording.
