Left voicemail. Have had this number for years but keep getting calls from different numbers requesting Kayla or Reynaldo Jr Peña for months now.

. “” Hello, this message is for Kayla Penna. My name is Stacy and the reason that I was contacting you today. April 22nd 2024 was to inform you that you have been placed on my schedule in regards to a notice of action that requires your signature. Now I am scheduled to come out to your home and if need be to also come out to your place of employment. Please make sure that you are going to be available to sign. And also please make sure that you're going to have a state issued valid photo ID on you. If you happen to have any questions prior to service, or if you need to request a stop order, you can contact 855-801-7376. Again, the phone number is 855-801-7376. This is in reference to your notice ID number. Which is 520089-tx. Again, the notice ID number is 520089-tx. Thanks, Kayla. Bye.””

Appears to be a scam aimed at a person who had your number before you did.
The section of the voicemail that states...

is a usual part of the script used by Fake Process Server scams.  Real process servers never call in advance to say "Hey, I have some papers for you."
They want the victim they target to call them back either to get more information or because they fear they will have to go to court.  Once they call, they will be told about a very old (often fictitious) debt that they are going to be sued for.  Then they will be offered to make the court case go away it the victim pays right away over the phone (usually with an incentive of a reduced debt amount).  Generally, the age of the supposed debt is such that, in most States, a debt collector could not sue to try to collect it.
The scammers that called you most likely got some very old contact information, or possibly information about a very old debt (which may have been paid off already), belonging to the person they asked for.  They never seem to take into account that phone numbers change hands over time, so they call assuming that it still belongs to that person.
Best thing to do is block the number (to stop your phone from ringing) and delete any further voicemails they leave.  You may have to do this with a few numbers as they will often spoof a number of different numbers trying to get through to someone.  After a while they will give up and move on to other prey.  I do not suggest calling them back; either to tell them they have a wrong number (debt collectors, real or fake, tend to treat such statements as lies), or to give them "a piece of your mind" (that will just make them ruder and they may increase the number of calls just out of spite).
