THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!  They call spewing all these lies and try to get you to "settle debts".  I have no debts.  These same scammers tried this on me 2 YEARS AGO!!!  Same voices.  Sadly they are abviously getting people to pay or they still wouldn't being doing anything.  FTC, attorney general, etc haven't done anything to stop them.  Sad.

People calling from this number are scammers, impersonating other businesses in efforts to collect money.  Do not answer the call and ABSOLUTELY do not give them any money.

They left a voice message stating there is a debt pending and they are going to deliver legal papers to your residence between the hours of 10-3 and you have to sign for them. What a joke and scam, i got the same call last year and nothing happened, they want to scare you, dont they have anything better to do

They just called me. Refused to give me their "firms" name and said we dont want to talk to unless im trying to pay. Trying to collect a 12 year old cc debt.....Smh scammers

This lady called my boss and told her that I was going to be served a subpoena and gave her 855-806-3565 and a case number.  She also left me a similar voice mail message.  I and my boss suspected it was a scam and I called the number back after setting my phone to No Caller ID.  When she answered I asked who I was speaking with.  I didn't hear her clearly so I asked again, at which point she yelled at me and said if I wasn't going to tell her who I was to quit wasting her time and then she hung up on me. That was supposedly my 'last chance' before they took legal action.    I didn't hear anything from them until today when a man from Klingerman and Associates called me from 855-806-3679 and said since I had failed to comply (not sure with what?) that they were taking legal action against me and that someone would be at my wirjplace between 10 and 2 tomorrow and to remember that I need identification to be able to sign for legal documents. I tried to google Klingerman and Associates and all I got was this website with these exact complaints coming from these two phone numbers. My attorney says it's a scam and that the only recourse I have is to report it to the attorney general's office but that the way they run this scam it's unlikely they will be caught.  The frustrating thing is that they continue to call my employer.  Oh... And the only address they could give me for me is one I had almost ten years ago and I've moved about five times since then, including out of state. So, clearly whatever they are talking about is extremely old, if it e we happened at all.

They called left me a six digit reference number. Thanks to everyone who posted to inform me of these scamers. My family is going through a hard time. It is so sad that some people can pass for birds of prey.

They called the main work number who then transferred the call to my extension to say they will send a subpoena tomorrow at work. They want me to call (855) 806-3679 to change my address to residence to stop sending the subpoena at the work address.

Obvious scam. Left a voice mail for my friend's mom who's been in the hospital, and they didn't even get the city right and they mentioned another state that she's never been in.

Threatening me to call immediately or legat documents will be sent to me. If I have questions call Klingerman & Associates at 855-876-3679. Left a five digit number as file number to give them. Thanks for all your posts because I know I don't owe anybody any money. They are obviously scammers that should have legal papers served against them!

i just received a call from them. They told me the same thing they told you. Except that i had a complain against me!! I don't know what the complain is. Surely this is a scam!!

First I was told there was a complaint filed against me. Then a woman answers the phone "Law Office" and tells me I have an outstanding debt that needs to be paid. She said they were going to contact my employer to garnish my wages unless I settled the debt "today" with a payment plan. I told her to send something in writing to the address they had on file and she became aggressive and verbally abusive.

Received the same threatening message on my cell phone, but MY PHONE NEVER RANG!!  Caller ID says "Unknown".  I know there's software out there that enables leaving a message without making the phone ring.  I'm not only filing a complaint with our State Attorney General's Office, I'm also notifying our city police department and our county sheriff's office, AND the FTC.

I barely slept last night because of this threatening call, and can't help but wonder what if it had been someone who was susceptible to heart problems or depression?  Phone calls like this can kill people.  I will work tirelessly to stop these [***].

I just received this call on my cell phone.  It was marked on my iphone as "No Caller ID", and I never answer numbers that are blocked or I don't recognize.  I was left a similar voicemail to the ones described here, including the "filing firm" name, "Klingerman & Associates", a 6-digit "case number" and the phone number 855-806-3679.  I'm tempted to call back to try to get someone to give me their address so my "attorney" can mail them some paperwork...I could use a good laugh this afternoon.

They called my Mother and left the same message as above to call 855-806-3679 with a 6 digit referee number and that she was going to be served fora claim filed against her. This is ridiculous and harassment

This AM 855-806-3679 called. Going to 'get' that kind post office retirement. Told them no po retirement. "We've proved different"

Sorry your mom is being bothered. If she is willing here is what I did. I called them back and I kept calling them back and when they didn't answer, I left voicemails. I called 13 times in a row and eventually they got the hint. Was I a dick on the phone, you bet. Let's see how they like their own medicine. Was I a dick on the voicemail. Darn skippy. Keep calling them until they get the point that their attempts are futile. And make sure to state don't call me anymore. Whether it be your job phone or private.

855-806-3679 fone been busy late couple days. Klingerman & Associates must B Tenn License 2 call each call =$5,000.00  fine TN state law per call.  Tenn folks come  on down off Rocky Top & google then  call TN State Collection Board. Get on record.
