- KarenThey called my mother asking for me - she claimed she didn't know me so they hung up. They left messages on my home phone and my cell, claiming that they had to speak with me or my legal representative about legal correspondence; that I'm the "sole defendant" on serious charges that will be filed with my county. Given some other info found when I searched the company name that they claim you owe money and have to pay immediately with your bankcard, I'm not planning to return the call. I have no debts outside of ones I'm legitimately paying monthly on; I have a fraud watch on my credit report from a previous identity theft issue; I know I haven't done anything illegal, so I don't plan to give them the time of day.

- Carlos| 2 repliesSome woman called my mom and told her I needed to call back within 1 hour with a western union payment or show up at the county court house within 1 hour because of legal indictment? Hunh???? I called and it was a complete scam about a medical bill from 2005 that was payed 10 years ago. They refused to send any documentation proving the medical bill was unpaid and who the original doctor was. Ridiculous. And how did they get my mom's cell? For a 10 year old paid off medical bill? There has never been anything on my credit report. Never. These guys are the worst of the worst. They have an F rating and are in trouble with the FCC for potential fraud. These bottom feeders attempt to intimidate people to fork over money they don't owe for no reason through intimidation by threatening with a judge and legal action. But if you look into them they are a big ponzi scheme scam. This is a straight up scam

- Badge714 replies to Carlos| 1 replyThe fact that they will not send documentation is all you need to know. You should (just for yourself) check what the statute for collecting debt is in your State. It can be as low as 2 years in some States, but there aren't many that are 10 years and over. Louisiana is 10, and Rhode Island is 15. Most are 4-6 years.
- Badge714 replies to Badge714Forgot to say it depends on if the contract is written or oral. A written contract can easily be 10-15 years.
- sandyRick McCoy called looking for my daughter and said she needed to call him by 5:00 p.m. today. I asked if he was a collection agency and he said he was an arbitrary firm.

- Alicia NorbergAnybody that needs something in writing and did not get something in writing need to contact the office directly. 855-806-6650. The manger is on staff and will provide anything that you need. This page is extremely frustrating because it's stuff that is being blown up when all you need to do is call the office and request for the paperwork. I did it my self and also looked pretty stupid calling these people a scam because they did send me something through mail. In my case it was a case of identity theft which I obtained a police report and send it to them and they told me they would cease and desist. sounds like a collection agency.
