Scam alert!  They are supposedly calling on behalf of Frontier Communications.  The call always shows up as Unknown, which was my first tip-off.  The fact that they say they're calling on "behalf" was my second.  They are trying to get you to agree to lowering your bill by signing up with a different plan.  The only thing is, they don't have access to your account information.  Throw out incorrect information and they'll agree to it!  For example:

Quay (one of the scammers): You have five lines at your business, correct?
Me: No, we actually have seven.  (we really only have four.)
Quay: Let me verify our records are correct... oh, yes, I see the other two lines.

If you tell them that you are not interested they get very pushy.  I finally snapped that they were fraudulent and obviously didn't have our information in front of them or else they would know how many lines we had.  Quay began cursing (nice, right?) and asked me why the f*** I wouldn't want to save money on my bill.  

I laughed and told her I would call frontier directly and ask them why they couldn't call me on their own.  She told me to f*** off and hung up.  What is odd is that they call back every few days.  Not the smartest bunch, I guess.

I forgot to mention - I did call Frontier, and they verified that yes, it is a scam.  Do not answer any personal information about your account.  Or give false information.  Or just hand up!  Frontier can add you to their "No Solicitation" list, so that's always a good thing to do.
