Two calls today...855-817-4835 called 10:34 A.M. No message.  770 991-9335 called at 3:21 P.M. Robo Caller says seeking info on (recorded name similar to mine inserted) and instructs to call 855-817-4835 with info.  Claims sensitive nature of call.  Would love to see some state AG go after this scheme.

Well, why don't you take the time to report them?  Also report them to the CFPB.

I think something needs to be done to this person making unseen phone calls like this.

They called.. Said his name was Tim Marshall trying to find a certain individual, said to call the listed number with any information in regards to the specific individual and basically described it in other words as a  matter of importance. Won't stop calling

probably not a scam. probably a collection agency that has bad info. call back and tell them you don't know this person. if you do know that person then give them his phone number. plain and simple.

Well...a little more info...Derek at Irongate Account Solutions of New York sounds just like Tim Marshall.  Apparently they have started using this 855 817 4835 number after having used others.
