Unsolicited call. No VM. Blocked. Noted as robocaller/spam on other sites

This is a designated Robo caller as per my blocking service which disconnected it after the first ring. When I googled the number on its own, said blocking service has it as a Robo caller, marked do not answer, severe call activity and last blocked July 31, 2020. The verbal transcript that I clicked on to listen was merely several voices but inaudible as to what they were saying. I would also suggest not answering this line and block if possible.
