Law office of Richard Clark, they are part of the Collect America franchise CACH llc, They try and collect on old debt, they are very aggressive and rude.  They will try and  scare you into paying money . This company is known to run a lawsuit factory so be aware they can and do file suite however do not let this scare you; 95% of the time they will not be able to legitimately prove assignment and will not be able to prove that you are connected with said debt even if you know you are. If you cannot hire a consumer attorney research the internet there are many resources to help you successfully defend yourself against these bottom feeders.   Most important ALWAYS answer a law suit filed against you.  You will have limited time to do so. They are counting on you not answering and just winning a default judgment. Make them prove their case!

Having a good rating but still acting like a bunch of idiots still means they don't collect what they should. Their rating means nothing, they are still a bunch of gutless attorneys. [***] who pray they make a buck. They get the scraps, 3rd party janitors at best.

Don't pay them anyting, if you owe, only pay who you owe. never pay a collection firm no matter what they threaten you with. Shove your rating.
