- lou rae| 1 replyGot a call from this number. Didn't leave a message. So I called back. It is Southwest Credit system. If this true what credit system are they apart of. We don't have any credit cards. So why would the be calling me. When I called back I got a message. But no one came on phone. It just rang and rang. Am on the Do not call list. So why are they calling me. I think the do not call list is joke. I keep getting calls.

- Scott5 calls in the past week (including same number ending in 5192) - left no message when i didn't answer, and when I answered once after one ring there was no one on the other end. Very annoying.
- i never answer, only screenI get calls from this one and two others with 415 area code. They are all Southwest Credit. I got a letter in the mail last week from them saying I have a small outstanding balance with t-mobile. When I called this number back just now, the guy who helped me gave me his number with extension #, which was the same (with one digit off at the end) as the Southwest Credit number on my letter.
If it helps, the letterhead has the following:
SouthewestCredit
4120 International Pkwy, Suite 1100
Carrollton, TX 75007-1958
Tool Free: (888) 778-4006 Fax: (972) 300-1701
Within the letter is a payment website: www.swcpayonline.com.
When I called back and asked for a payment arrangement stretched out as long as possible, they gave me the options of protecting my credit or not. The former being I would pay more and have it paid off in a month.
I have found it is always smart to connect with creditors to make arrangements so they don't flip out and keeping harassing. BTW, because I set up a payment plan with this place, they promised me I wouldn't get anymore phone calls if I kept to the arrangement. Won't put it to the test, though, since I plan to stick to the arrangement.
I did call back the number he gave me, which was one digit different (the last digit) from the letterhead, and also called the number on the letterhead--they both had the same recorded voice announcing Southwest Credit.
Hope that helps... now to have a yard sale ...- Caller: SouthwestCredit for T-Mobile

- FeliciaGot a call from 855-820-5190. Southwest Credit (Tmobile). I filed a complaint with the FCC and with the Better Business Bureau for their unscrupulous business practices of Tmobile. They failed to answer the questions and correctly adjust the bill when my contract legally ended. Tmobile wanted did not want my contract to end and if I continued it, they would delete any charges. But I have a right to end my contract within 30 days of the end.

- LFI've had the same trouble as Felicia -- I dropped my T-Mobile service [I was not under contract] and started with a different carrier. T-Mobile charged me for an extra month beyond the ending of their service and I couldn't get through to their customer service people [because, of course, I was no longer a customer]...... I paid the amount of the bill to Southwest, which assured me that I had settled the account, but they mailed no confirmation and continue to call for more money.
- Caller: Southwest Credit, for T-Mobile

- guy replies to lou raeThey called me because I forgot to pay tolls, could be anything
- Mary Jo| 1 replyI got a call from this number. They said is was for my son (they gave his name) but they did not have his number. They would answer no questions from me as they said I was not on the credit. My son is grown and would not put my number rather than his on any credit. Anyway, I gave the number to him to call back. When he did they could not tell him who the creditor was but was a collection agency for the unknown creditor and wanted payment from him. THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT make any payments to them!! Again... THIS IS A SCAM!! DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS TO THEM!!
