Same old "message" with a new number. They show up as blocked and tell you to call (855) 820-6103. Some sort of scam claiming to have a legal matter that will be sent to the "local offices" due to "breach of contracts" (Yes they said contracts). Insisting on a call back before you are "served at your place of employment or home." You call the number back and they insist on getting all of your personal information. I refuse to provide some random company with my personal info so I have no idea what they are talking about.

An unknown call and left a message stating that a lawsuit has been filed and that the phone call an official contact of being notified of the lawsuit. The caller also stated that we need to be home or at work in order to be served.  The caller did not identify herself, nor the company.

THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTOR POSING AS A "LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE" OF THE STATE. IT CLAIMS YOU'VE COMMITTED CHECK FRAUD AND NOW A WARRANT HAS BEEN ISSUED AND YOU'RE GOING TO BE SERVED AT YOUR HOME. IT'S A SCAM!!! THE COMPANY HAS PURCHASED YOUR DEBT FROM ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY AND IS TRYING TO COLLECT AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY.  (i.e. ORIGINAL DEBT $400.00 AND THIS COMPANY WANTS $3400.00 FOR DEBT & LEGAL FEES.)   THIS IS NOT LEGAL AND THEY CAN'T ISSUE A WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST.
