Said he is Marshall Joe Thomas, but doesn't say where he's calling from? Just says he will come to my place of employment.

Just got a call from a Sam Miller. Said they are investigators and are investigating a fraud claim against me. I need to call or have my attorney call. All this information was left on my work voice mail. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC today as they are a third party and have violated ton of fdcpa laws.

Called my daughter, who lives far from me, dont know how they got her home number. I dont even have it. Said i gave them her number. Claimed i may get a felony charge if i dont call them back. I called from work and the company is worldwide arbitration. When you google it, there is no such company.

This number called my cell and my work number, left the same message on both voice mails.  Said she was calling in reference to a civil complaint to the county.  They have a lot of my personal information and said either myself or my attorney needed to call.  Failure to return this call will be interpreted as a refusal and decisions will be rendered on your behalf without your consent.  I am writing the Attorney General.  

Received voicemails on my cell & my home phone, neither of which are under my name. caller had my married & maiden name and made threats of coming to my home and/or work.... Did not say what it was about....Came up on my caller ID as NRH Assests... Googled name & came up with nothing other taht NRH Assets 83 LONGS AVENUE in TONAWANDA, NY 14150. YES, one letter different in the name ( an extra S)

Keeps calling me and leaves messages for some other person that I've never heard of. Lame. I just block these types of calls and do not return them since it does not apply to me.
