Received call from a Laura Bakes staing that there is a claim and order towards me  I am to call this number 855-820-0478 and talk to this place.  She never gave who she works or who it is to call. They are giving one more chancce.

It a fake company use the name BOR or DOR LLC

Received a call from a family member that this number had been calling them trying to locate me and that if they did not cooperate they would persue charges against my family member.  They stated that they were attempting to serve me with papers about charges that have been filed against me.  

I called the company back today they claim to be DOR and would give me no further information, were extremely rude.  I was finally transferred to a supervisor who was equally rude.  I kept the phone on speaker so that I had a witness to what was being said.  The supervisor stated that I owe an online payday loan company.  They had my email address, employer, bank information, and social security number.  I NEVER applied for an online payday loan.

She proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay $350 today if I wanted to avoid the higher cost of litigation.  When the person I had as a witness spoke up to defend me that the supervisor was pressuring me and attempting to scare me into a payment without investigation, the supervisor became angry and began to argue with my witness.  

The call ended with the supervisor attempting to belittle my witness and telling me "well, good luck" and hanging up on me.
