    If you get a pop-up window while using Safari on your Mac telling you you have a virus - freezing your use of the internet and giving you this number to call -  855-820-9767 - don't fall for it, it is a number that is out of the country and they are scammers - wanting to RIP YOU OFF. DON'T call the number - just force quit Safari.
    All I did to get rid of the window myself was to press and hold the "Option" and "Command" buttons then press "esc" key - This opens the "Force quit applications" screen - and chose Safari.
