This is a debt collector agency. The agency randomly search your name and collects data such as telephone numbers and addresses related to your name and if you happen to a common name you might get calls that are unrelated specifically to you. They are unsure you are the specific person in search. Be aware that they will harass you and intimidate you with possible arrest intimidation as well as summons. Do not give personal information such as social security numbers, address, saving and checking accounts. CALL BBB BETTER BUSINESS BERUE REPORT THEM.

Same thing.  You know it's a scam because they do not identify themselves - which is against the law in ALL states.  Also you can hear others in the background making the same calls.  What a bunch of scum bags!

I received a call from an unknown #. I answered thinking it was for something else. The man never identified the company. Just wanted to do an address verification. Never gave me the address nor asked me for the address. Just wanted to know if someone would be home to serve me (even though he didn't confirm if it was me or not on the phone). I said yes someone would be home to to get summons for said person. Then he said he would put an hour stay if said person called 8558237984 with the case # provided. I was like ok I will deliver the message. All parts of the call sounded like debt collection or a scam. Glad I am not an idiot and that I looked up this number instead.

Got a call from this number, left vm. When i called back the man answered the phone with "chello". What professional company answers the phone this way? Then proceeded to tell me he had to connect me to legal. When this dork came on the phone and I told him i was recording the call, he said i cannot talk to you....lol..of course not, you dont want your illegal practices on tape do u?....what a hoot....lol..get a real job...lmao wait guess your too stupid to get that huh?

I just got this call. I have no idea if it is a scam or not. Afraid to call them back as I have been receiving scam phone calls.

I just called the number the guy said Corporate. I told the number i was supposed to reference. He then acted like he didn't know what I was talking about.  The he asked if I had been served yet. I told him no. He said he I was going to be served unless I wanted to settle out of court. He said I had a loan from Dec 2008. Now i have not had loans but not since 2006. He told me tell my tale in court.

Just got a call from these clowns, same speech as Stat Office above.  Really???  These losers actually think a relatively smart person, and even most stupid ones, would actually believe a reputable company calls you before serving papers and has to VEFIFY the address?????

I just received the same call just few moments ago, using that same script as RECIEVED CALL did. The caller did not identify himself or the company he was representing. I am so tired of these scam calls. Ironically they are calling around income tax season so they can get a part of the money. This needs to stop.

These people are amazing.  Exact same script.  I'll be stupid enough to make an appointment for you to come and serve me legal paperwork.  Wonder if they'll be willing to reschedule if something comes up?  Idiots!!

Same scenario as above...just rec'd call from restricted number.  "Michael" left a message pertaining to file #xyz and i had "2 hours to talk to an insurance agent to discuss the action taking against me".  They must be hoping that people will be freer with their income tax money...beware!

I called and  I acted like I was scared I begged him not to take me to court because I am not from this country and I told him I want to settle out if court. I then asked him to who do I make the check payable to he said some Bs acct # and told me to make it to cash and send it to this P.O box in Oklahoma. I then. Took a Polaroid pic of my bare [***] and sent it to him..with a note telling him to kiss it.

I like it.

These people called my parents house and left a message with no company name was left and the person did identify themselves. I have no collections or past due debts, why are they calling?

Called asking for another person. Automated message/woman. No name left. Case number left. I called them back and said they had the wrong number. Guy on phone sounded like he was using a voice masker. Said he'd remove my number. We'll see about that.

I just called this fake company back. They've been calling my phone and my Mother for a few days now. I just called them 4 times telling them to Stop calling my phone. The guy not sure who it was because they don't identify themselves just called me a [***]. There you all have it they are scammers. Please don't give them any of your info.  

Got a call from   (855) 823-7984.  Caller ID read:  TOLL FREE CALL    Did not answer.

Call came in on my emergency phone, same message, only gave name of looking for Jeremy Ferguson, and claim # 55616.
I appreciate being able to look up #'s, so thanks for reporting these scams.  
This is my first time
