Keep getting calls at work. Have asked repeatedly for them to stop. Have called three times today trying to get ahold of David Rosinski. Keep getting put on hold. They eventually stopped answering my calls and went to a generic voicemail. I left a message. He claims to be with Weber and White and Assocites. I have contacted them and they have no David Rosinski that works for them and they do not have any file with my name on it. This really sounds like a scam. Anyone else had any dealings with them/him?

A "process server" called wanted to deliver a summons for me to court. He would tell who sent him. He gave me this number. David Rozinsky answered and said I owed over $2000.00 and said they settile for over 900. He said firm would settle for $930. He wanted it immediately or $350 for 3 payments. He said he would cancel process server. I felt backed into corner. Please report them to FTC.

Since you were the victim of this caller, only you can report them (unless you meant anyone receiving calls from them should report). You should also report to your State's Attorney General and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

This person also called me and demanded 3000.00. I received a call from a lady claiming to serve me and left David's number whom claimed to work for a law firm and representing Quick Advanced Loans. I have never took out a quick loan in my life. This is a scam and he needs to be stopped

keep receiving calls from Jacob Winchester stating that he is going to come to my house, or my business and has made several attempts to contact me at home with no cooperation.  Definitely a scam.  Someone is ALWAYS home and this has been happening for MONTHS!!!  Why can't they just leave people alone?

I had one today.  Even called my daughters phone.

i looked in to the info they gave me and it checked out

A lady voice left a message telling I owes money and them are using an unknown call system, them leave a phone number and them are threatening to sue me, I don't know who's them are.

You should have stayed in school. If you had you'd be bright enough to know that your caller was a Scammer...and you'd be able to write a coherent post.

Yes I have got the same call from this place and they have called my ex husband and my mother as well trying to find me with threatening messages.. The guy says he is from Weber and White and Associates and his name is Marshall Woods. I called and actually got a person who said that they didn't have anyone by that name and it is the name of a courier trying to serve me papers but they are unable to tell me who this person is and the company they work for.

I received a call from Weber and White and Associates from a man by the name of Marshall Woods. He called my ex husband, my daughter and my mother. He was very threatening. When I call the company they said he was a courier sent to serve me papers on a loan from Quick Advance Loans and that I owed $1000. I will report them to the FTC as well. This is a scam!

if u people paid your bills u would not get these calls these co dont just pull the info out of the air at the end of the day u people are the real scam trying to find a way to get out of paying these calls will never stop when one copany close 5 more open
