Don't know who this is

Just got a call from this number yesterday. Didn't pick up the phone because i saw that this is BLOCKED. The lady left a a threathening message that a complaint was submitted under my name. And if i don't call right away they will submit this case on the court. They left an account # for reference
I knew that this was some sort of a scam. Because they can't harrass a person over the phone. They need to send a proper documentation on the mail stating what collection are they and what company they are representing.
Actually i called the number on another phone, i don't want to use my cell. It's an answering machine saying to please hold and some legal adviser would be ready to assist me in a minute. On the beginning of the message it says, Liant Soulutions. I'm not even sure if i spell this right because when i google it, there is no such company as this.
This is not the first time i receive a call like this. They use different number and different area codes such as 975, 347, 714.
