Message left on 4/11/14 at 10:07 AM. Message said they were authorized by a company my husband retired from (years ago) to help him with his 'upcoming transition.'  It said to call back (same number) between 6A-7P MST. Sounded like a scam, for sure!

There is no way to edit my original post.  Apparently the company was Towers Watson and it was about something called OneExchange. I still believe it is a scammer using the name of that company. I'm looking into it.

OneExchange is legit. If you have retired from a large company that provides you with health insurance, the company may have hired them to update your policy choices. I have dealt with them recently.

They are legit.  If you don't respond, you may loose your retiree health and Rx insurance.

However, the call shouldn't have bee the first you heard about them.

It isn't a scammer.  It is a legitimate health care insurance coordinator sponsored by employers for retirees and their dependents and beneficiaries.  If you had a spouse or parent/guardian that was entitled to benefits you may want to call them back as you may have benefits.

They called me today at 1:37 PM PST. They sound like a scam to me. But they are very confusing. They said I had a package delivered by mail soon.  I have not given out my address to them at all and I do not know them and I do not want to know. I'm going to have to disconnect my landline soon because I am getting very jumpy with this lately. If you telephone companies are out there. Make it stop. Thanks.

I too have received calls from this number regarding my former company's "upcoming transition".  I called (my) company, and they weren't aware of anything of this nature.  I'm treating this as a scammer and blocking number.

They are a company that provides medicare plans for retired people contracted by my former company.

It's amazing how many people looked up this phone number despite already knowing who called them.
