Received a call from 978-775-6392 saying it was Express Scripts and to call them back at 855-842-5860. Neither number seems to be associated with Express Scripts. When I called Express Scripts, they had no record of calling me.

I just had the exact same thing happen--I got a call from (978) 775-6392 saying they were Express Scripts (my prescription provider) and asked I call back (855) 842-5860 because they had important questions for me.  I called Express Scripts directly and they had no record of trying to contact me any time recently.  Watch out for this scam!

I also received the same call telling me to call back at 855 842-5860 for Express Scripts.

I received the same message.  Thanks for the heads-up...I won't be calling them back.

This is a legitimate number and call; not a scam. Number goes right into an automatic survey of their performance delivering my prescription medicine. They did NOT ask for my address, social security number, or ANY personal info.

Bob is correct. It is a survey about home delivery.

I received two calls from 855-842-5860 advising that they were doing a survey and ask that I call back.  I was suspicious of the call and I did not return it.  I don't think I will call.

I called after 2 messages from Express Scripts asking me to take part in a survey. I called back and it seemed legit.  It was automatic/computer not a person.  They asked for no personal information (only verified my phone #) and asked a bunch of questions about my experience with express scripts delivery.  Hard to believe anything they asked (e.g. How satisfied was I with the home delivery service? How many days on average did I have to wait for prescriptions to arrive by mail? Was the service getting better or worse or staying the same, etc) could be used to scam me.  Seemed harmless...

I received the same call, except they did not identify themselves as Express Scripts.  They identified themselves merely by saying our prescription service.

Same as others have noted. Message identifies themselves as being Express Scripts needing me to call back to give them additional info. Number does not match the contact info at Express Scripts (1-800-903-6228). I also have email as my contact preference so they shouldn't be calling me in the first place.

Just got the same call today (June 28, 2021). Confirmed with Express Scripts at the phone # I had on file for them & they confirmed they did not call today.  The scammers are back at it!

They say they are Express Scripts and want to ask me some questions. They called 2X in the last 2 dsys

I got this same call but I don't know what the calling number was because I have it listed as a scam call and I have a couple hundred numbers in that file.
But it was the same message they stated: They were Express Scripts Pharmacy calling for me and asking me to call them back at 1 (855) 842-5860.
I Called Express scripts and they have no listing for that number, so it is a SCAM don't call them back or if you do don't give them ANY INFORMATION.

“bob” had it right.  this number calls up a legitimate survey by express scripts, in the same format as other express scripts automated communications.  asked for nothing personal.

Jeeeze.  8 years later, I just received this call & message.  That's a good feeling that THEY are cracking down on these scam calls.

Left a message to call back 1-855-842-5860.  Said they were Express Scripts and that they had some very important questions for me.  I seriously doubt it.  They cancel prescriptions without calling so why would they call now?
