They claim to be an Immigration Tribunal (Spanish speaking individuals) and are asking for personal information. If you ask them where they are located, they'll give you the address of Homeland Security in Washington DC. If they were legitimate, they would be more forthcoming of their identity and provide more credible information about themselves and would have an official website with their name and location

They been calling me asking for my uncles since it's he's old number I kept saying he isn't here so they decided to call me today! And saying my uncle has some case ontop of him and that immigration will be tracking my number soon if they don't get a hold of him.
They gave me a number (1855)855-3519 I told them this better not be a scam cause I'm going to call the police and notify them of what you guys are up to trying to play with so many people.

Message left in Spanish.  I did not pick up as had received previous call asking for information,so they could call me back as they had a package from the post office for my husband.  I didn't give info, and hung up.  Received another call today which I didn't pick up.  Message (in Spanish) stated they were a governmental organization and that there some criminal charges against my husband dealing with moral turpitude, and for me to contact (714) 340-7014.  I will block this number as I did other.  I believe they think my phone number is his.
