got a call from this number 855 863 7838 didn't answer, they left message, woman named Megan Kelly (sounded exactly like the Fox News person) saying I had to verify my address for a package delivery. I haven't ordered anything so something is fishy about this.

Wanted me to settle for a paid day loan that I never had.  They new my bank and social secutiry no and phone number.  Said I can settle now or go to court.  Since I did not owe anything.  I said I would go to court.

They said the same think to me.  I believed them because I ordered something from Amazon.  Thank god an employee stopped me from settling with them.  She told me it was a scam.

I forgot to mention that it was a automatic call at first telling me that I needed to call them because for my package delivery. (I was waiting for one from Amazon)  When I press 1 like it told me too.  She asked me my account no. and I told her I was responding to an automatic call.  She magically found all of my information using my phone number and she said Oh it is not for a package it is because we will be serving you with papers because you own a pd loan back on 12/21/2009.  The preceded to ask me if I make payment arrangements with them it would be one price and with court fees it will be another price.  I said serve me.

I got the same call this morning from a Megan Kelly - they called my cell and home - very fishy to me.

No one at this site is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and do NOT pick up on call numbers you do NOT recognize.  Common debt collector scam.

Whoever you are, STOP calling my number, STOP calling my job, and STOP calling my family members!   Get yourself a real job and stop scamming innocent people out of their money, SCUMBAG!

I called florida State officials on them,It is a scam I was told these people or company is being investigated for their activity trying to scam money/payments and threatening people with court.

This is horrible especially when they say your name.

The number of 855-863-7838 is always calling me and leaving me threatening messages that they have court papers they are going to serve me. I don't answer calls I don't recognize and the majority of the calls is either telemarketers or people trying to scam me out of money which I don't have because I don't work. I would like these harassing calls to stop.

Got a call from this number yesterday stating had a message about a delivery and to call them so I called them. They were looking for my fiancé claiming she owes money from online payday loans from back in 2011 of which they will not provide any proof of debt and claim they are only handling the court portion and will have her served and it go to court. Told them to send the service and would gladly go to court. Caller wanted to Seattle debt but yet they only claim they are handling the process of service. Next call I get I will send them Monopoly money only because it's as fake as the debt. This is a scam don't fall for it, online loans have not been legal in KY since 2010

They won't give you an address to send them money.  They want payment over the phone.  That is how the scam works, they scare you into paying before you realize what they have done.

Total scam. I told them they were scammers and asked for a website, business name, and mailing address. They hung up. I called again and they gave me a fake website. Losers.

This place is an absolute joke. My buddy called and kept pressing them on their validity and sure enough, they came out of character and started yelling on the phone.
