Received on my cell phone, so blocked the number and deleted the voicemail. never, ever answer a call from an unrecognized number, and do NOT press any numbers to learn more. By doing that, you validate that your phone number is active, which means you make the list for repeated calls. No federal government agency will ever call you, everything has to be in written correspondence, and you call them.
