A lady called stating that there was a pending investigation on me because of a fraudulent check.  She continued to say that she would hand the matter over to local authorities and they will summons me to court.  She then gave me a number to call 855-869-7017.  She called from a unknown number and the number she gave me was apparently to a lawyer.  This is untrue and I hope they know it's against the law to portray themselves as Police officers or State workers at that.  Charges can be filed against the individual because it is against the law.

I recieved the same call, she left the message on my voicemail and also has been calling from an unknown/private number. She stated the same thing as above in the message and stated her name was Melissa Garcia. This is being used as an intimidation tactic and is definitely against the law. Action will be persude.

Theyare calling and leaving threatening messages about filing charges and
Taking  me to court  and when I asked for a letter to be sent they refused.
They are using deceptive practices to collect debt
