I wonder if ATT knows how incompetent their collection agency is. I bet their success rate is ZERO.

(855) 876-5347 started continuously calling my office number at all times of day and night, not leaving a message), which I believe they were doing because I work in Human Resources for my company and they are trying to track someone down.  I called it back and got Credence (?) Resource Management http://credencerm.com/ and 'Rosie' answered with 'Hello?"  I asked what kind of company this was, and she either said a credit agency or a collection agency (it was difficult to understand her).  I told her this was a business number that needed to be removed from her system immediately, and she said she would make sure that would be done.

Att looking to collect on a bill that I was over charged and when I called to see why bill was so high they basically hung up on me twice. Good luck collecting Att ur a rip off just like comcast.

The received a call on my company cell phone from that number and I let it go to voice mail. When I retrieved the message it was a "computer voice" that said "do not disregard this message this is the IRS" and then it ended - no contact info.

They called me today and I was just looking for the email  so I could tell them that I no longer have that bill. And the guy told me my name before I told him who I was. Then I asked him why and he said he is federal law that he knows who I am. I told no he's not and that federal law would be more towards IRS and not some random debt collector.  He relented or lied rather and said he was after the federal process.  I said for 138.25? To which he got frustrated and hung up. Credence resource management is definitely who they are. Over indulged debt collectors. Please help with the stupid phone calls! What to do what to do?!?!

This is definitely a huge SCAM!!!!!    As of today the count is 36 with several voice mails and answered once and asked to to call to an empty line .......from voice mails it is a debt collection company but I don't owe !!

I answered once and told the guy he got wrong number. Still calling me. When my mom finally picked up, silence.

Looked at my count on this number and the telephone says they have called 55 times since I started tracking.  Is there nothing that can be done about these idiots ?   What go is a do not call registry ?

They call several times a week.  I don't have at&t, i have a different carrier.  It's just a scam to me to get information from you. The longer you stay on the line the easier it is to locate you.  There are serious hackers out there. If they are legit they will leave a call back or voice mail.

Please note area code 855 was designated as a toll free number as of the year 2000 which means the person receiving the call gets charged and not the person calling.  Use caution when answering these calls and check your phone bill for any unaccounted for expense increase on your bill.

I get phone calls from this number three times a day.  I pay all of my bills on time and don't owe anyone a penny.  I inherited a phone number that three people had before it was given to me.  I get phone calls asking for these three people all of the time.  I finally answered and told the caller I have no idea who these people are, and that this is the phone number given to me when I moved to this state.  I asked them to remove my name from their list.  I no longer get those direct calls, but now I am getting this 855 number daily for weeks.  In reading the comments above I wonder if the calls from 855 are one in the same.

Someone from this number has called my phone several times during the past two weeks.  I looked up the number yesterday and found this site with these posts.  We do not have AT&T.  I finally answered this morning and she asked for my son.  I told them he could not be reached at this number.  I also told her that I knew they were scammers and to quit calling or I would report them.  She hung up on me.  I plan to block this number and have my son do the same and hopefully it will be the end of at least this irritant!  Good luck everybody!

It is definitely a scam these Indians from India or pakastani people are trying to collect money it could even be ISIS ignore all calls they are frauds

I receive phone calls throughout the week about an old ATT  Uverse  bill . Most of the time I cannot understand the individual on the other side of the phone.  The most recent call was from a man who called himself Mr. Wilson. He gave me this email address to contact disputes@credencerm.com.    I cancelled my ATT account  on Jan. 19th, 2015 and changed to another cable and phone provider.  I had first checked with ATT to insure that I had fulfilled my contract and was assured by ATT that I had. I had my new service installed the next week. Within a day of installation my family noticed that we were no longer receiving calls on our home phone.  Secondly our alarm system was not working either. I again contacted ATT to find out what was going on.  They indicated that it would take awhile for me to get back my old phone number which we had, had for the past 37 years,  Being without our old number went on 10 to 12 days longer, still no old phone number.  In the mean time  I received instructions from ATT on how to return the ATT cable equipment and did so which has been verbally acknowledged by ATT. On June 27th I received another call at which time I was told that my ATT service had been billed through the middle of March 2015 and that the amount owed was for approximately $427 dollars. I am happy to pay my bill up to January 19th, 2015 but not for time afterward.  Since I had no incoming phone service from approximately Jan. 19th through the second week of Feb. 2015 and no ATT equipment for receiving cable, I no longer had service from ATT Please have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

This number has been my cell phone, which is registered on the Do Not Call  list, for weeks.
I called them back, past what I thought was business hours, and they answered immediately. They answered by announcing they are some kind of recovery service. I didn't say anything and they hung up.
Now they are calling 2-3 times a day
