Threatening prosecution for check fraud for unpaid cash advance, which in fact was paid.

i received a call from this number spoke to a very nice rep i had a bounced check and i was assisted in paying back the company with a payment plan that suited my situation guess there not all so bad

received a call from this number stating that I (we) have a returned check from our personal bank account that needs to be cared for... Not in  this life time Sir.. Just checked account incase some BS was going on  and nope!!!

They called me and called somone I knew so they got my information from some place that sold my information.  They said they had warrant for me in my county but they are out of state.  It was about a payday loan that I paid.  I am sick of being harrased by 3rd and 4th party companies that buy your name from someone and try to scam money out of you.

never got to use credit union bank in my life time and they are saying that in 2008 i have taken 500 dollars from them and now they are after me to pay them back with interest 1100 some dollars, its fully SCAM. they have my info stolen and used. Carefull its BS and wasting time.

This is a fly by night junk debt collection agency based out of New York. They also do business under the name Executive Arbitration Services. I get calls from "agent" Jason Chambers lol. Their website is:

These scum buy junk debt that is usually way past the statute of limitations and has long since been discharged/written off by the original creditor, then attempt to illegally coerce people into paying. All of their threats are baseless and bogus. DO NOT give them a dime and DO NOT give them ANY of your financial (checking account, debit card, etc) information. Instead, send them a "cease and desist" letter requesting the original creditor's information and written verification of the debt. This will usually make them go away as they usually don't have any information on the actual debt. DO NOT fall for the scare tactics. Chances are they are nowhere near your state and have no intentions of showing up at your home or place of business. They love to impersonate law enforcement which is also illegal. Feel free to report them to the NY Attorney general as well as the FTC, BBB, and anywhere else you feel so inclined. Good Luck!!

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MR MARTINELLI AT THE ABOVE NUMBER 855-888-2804 EXT 306 THAT I HAD 72HRS TO RESPOND OR A WARRANT WAS BEING ISSUED. 1ST OF ALL TO TAKE SOMEONE TO COURT WOULD YOU NOT HAVE TO BE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND NOT LEFT A THREATENING VOICEMAIL WITH NO INFO BUT ON YOUR MOTHERS VOICEMAIL BOX. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SECONDLY WHAT EXACTLY HE WAS CALLING FOR HE DID NOT BOTHER TO STATE EITHER . THIS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE AND AFTER CALLING THE COURT HOUSES LOCATED IN MY AREA IT WAS DISCOVERED THE PERSON DID NOT EXSIST. VERY SHADY AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS TO STOP THEM FROM SCARING, THREATENING PEOPLE TO GIVE THEIR MONEY FOR SOMETHING THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY TALKING ABOUT. If these people contact you, send them a letter telling them to cease and desist and that you are denying liability for the debt.  Chances are they are scamming you, but just in case, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act you have 30 days after the initial communication to deny and refuse to pay the debt.  If you don't and there actually is a debt, you will assume the debt by failing to respond.  In the same letter request written validation of the debt and the name and address of the ORIGINAL creditor.  Legitimate debt collectors are required to provide you with that information when requested in writing.  This will probably make them go away.  My advice is to call the NY State Attorney General's office.  They will have you fill out a written complaint, but if enough people call and complain, they will investigate the company.  Above all, don't pay them ANYTHING.  They prey on people who aren't informed and threaten them into paying, but they violate the law every step they take.  Call the proper authorities and they will get what is coming to them.

I recieved a call from a David Logan (855-888-2804) talking about he have a civil paper work for me for a bad check. He did not say where he was calling from and then it was an out of town number. I haven't recieved any paper asking me to go to court. Am thinking to myself no I have no bad check and what are you talking about. I will send the company a letter requesting for all paper from the company. They will not be getting any money from me until they show me paper work that I have signed off on. And am going to report them to the proper authorities.

This dirt bag company called me, called my exhusbands wife, called my daughterinlaws parents saying he was looking for a reference, and they called my daughters house as well. First he was polite until i refused to verify any info,then he became loud, abusive said he owned me and has all my information.  I did declare bankruptcy years ago, I didnt even know my daughterinlaw at all at that time and I still do not know her parents number. They look you up under peoplefinders.com which in and of its self is BS because when you elect to opt out and enter the opt out code it never accepts it. The rep was rude, biligerant, screaming and such...he tried to scare me by saying the call was recorded for his client...lmao...I said I hope so since he was so rude, he called back twice in a row and I finally told him not too politely an area of my anatomy he could kiss. Bottom line is they harass anyone they can find linked to you in any manner that has a LANDLINE PHONE... these are bottom feeders but they will make your life hell...however they have no legal power and are not law enforcement...DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING

They say that there is a legal matter about a bad check for a pay day loan store. I paid this loan off a long time ago. I am really getting sick of the harassing phone calls-they have called my home, my family, and my work place. This has been going on for months and theny don't have any legal documents. I'm getting really upset .Another number used or left several times is 585-785-4421. If you call the number....nobody answers; it will ring, ring, and ring or FAX sound or answering machine.

I wish people would understand that upper cased typing  adds nothing to their point,  makes it harder to read, is considered rude as in yelling,  and the administrator has asked that people not type as such.

Get a call blocker and shut them off.  It is worth it for the peace of mind and if you get the right one,  you'll never hear the phone ring.  Then,  you can forget about them because they have nothing to validate any debt
with and if they could sue,  they already would have.  They are not only violating the FDCPA  but fraud laws as well.  They call your place of employment in order to put pressure on you and the employer to pay something to get them off your backs.  I hope you have already explained this to your employer.  They are thieves and don't deserve to breath the same air.

Got many calls daily from Mr Marshall Thomas. When I give my name and case number from their voicemail he kept asking for my social security number, which I wouldn't provide. I don't write checks I only use my debit card, so the call seemed bogus. After he constantly asked for my ss# I hung up. Seems like they are phishing for personal info.

Marshall Thomas called me wanting me to pay a loan with my debit card. I told him I'm deployed and he was so nice but then I see these posts. I did have aloan but it has been written off so I didn't pay him anything.

This company is Executive Arbritration Group. They take over debts for companies that hire them. Whether or not the debt is vailid is irrelevant because they are so rude and ugly that they can't possibly collect it since no one in their right mind would pay them for that kind of behavior. They called my Step Mom, my sister and my Father in law all with in the same half hour. Everyone started calling me very concerned because they used terms like court, big trouble, law, subpoena the references (them) and legal this and legal that. I called the idiot back that stirred up a whole bunch of sh*t and all we did was get into it. He refused to give me his boss's number and hung up on me. I told him that he was in violation of the FDCPA (federal debt collection practice act) That's where I had him by the bal*s. He threatened court. I told him that I was going to report him for intimidation tactics which are clear violation of the FDCPA. If you call the FDCPA office then they will look into it. If there are enough calls then they will bring them up on a Class Action Lawsuit and you, me and everyone else will get a letter followed by a check in the mail from these scum for screwing up so bad. They are not following the rules of how to collect debt per the government laws i.e. professionally and with integrity. They are making waves in your personal life and turning people against each other by harassing you and your relatives. They are just a five and dime collection agency with a big bark and no bite!
