    I believe its a scam..got same automated call. I also know that a 855 area code is not register to any specific state. I receive the same call under different numbers with area code 855

    Guess they have replaced the heavy Middle East accent people with automated messages. "A formal complaint has been filed looking for information on said person, next step to file paperwork"  this is spam.

    I got a call from this number and also 855-870-5246 stating they have formal complaint against me and I did not respond they would file paper work
