Hello I got the same message with same name but the number os 855 889 8005

received same phone msg. I returned call and at the last minute decided to call their bluff and handed my phone to the police officer at the Local P.D. They hung up. Too many holes. They are good I must admit but, if they are government they should know my postal code and not ask for it. Perhaps to verify it... anyways. GOVERNMENT WILL ALL WAYS FIRST CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE MAIL WITH A WARNING FIRST OR A BILL!!! THEY WOULD NOT CALL YOU AND START THREATENING JAIL TIME WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 45-60 MINUTES!!!!! These people have NO SHAME and certainly NO CONSCIOUSNESS! They are slime who prey on the fears of others and they walk among us!
I spoke with three of them who were not very organised in their own group. Each one was telling that I owed a different amount. When I questioned them, they every time reverted back to scare  tactics. They had me going but, After I heard enough holes in their stories I called their bluff! They hung up . I called them back and wished I had of stayed in the P.D. office to pass the phone over. What I did say to the receiver of my call would shame the devil himself! Which was of no use anyways. I hope that no one else gets duped. It was close for me.

1855-889-8003 called ,apparently from fraud dept of the CRA when I called back they hung up on me 3 different times TOTAL SCAMMERS.

I keep getting this phone messages that I owe money to CRA .Each time with a different  phone number. They are very persistent with there everyday call. When I tried returning the phone call there was nobody there to answer my call. Scam.

Same as everyone else, Got a call and at first I was scared because of the fact that the income taxes aren't that far away. So it was plausible that I might owe money. But I was septic for the fact that they were threatening with jail time on a pre-registered message.
When I checked my call ID, it said U-S..

Similar to above, said he was Officer Robert Williams from the Tax Crime Investigation Division of the CRA. Message comes across as almost credible --- except at the end when he made threats, which CRA would not do in an initial contact on any matter. Complete fraudster. Why the police won't go after these people I don't understand.

Did not called rhem back, until now they did not called me back. But if they do, I know what I have to tell them.

Total Scammers. I asked for their CRA Employee Number and they hung up on me. They are very rude and relentless.

I got twice call from this people I try to talk with them at first place they hung up on me    ..I went to PD they told me not to talk with them or answer the phone they already knows about this  bug call..Stay away from this  number

Same here.  Funny, the numbers shows up as 'United States' on my phone (Telus) and usually they don't leave a message.  Today, however, I rejected the call with a message like "not interested" and they left the same message as others have received.  I texted them back that my lawyer would be in touch LOL.

Just got 2 back-to-back calls from this number, the person left a VM saying he is giving me a call back about inquiry of student load forgiveness program. This is totally BS as I have never taken a student loan.

Got call from 1-855-889-8003, Blocked it and then got another one from 8005, with Indian accent.
