Wanted to  Help me with my business claim for my employees. Offered $26000 each. I do not have a business with employees

Andrea Sandoval with Capital First, refunds for each employee of $26,000.  I never owned a business.  Call actually comes from 518-575-8966, but you’re asked to call back to 855-900-1117.

Same as the rest, scam call, I never owned a business.  Not the first call I've gotten from this although the phone # they gave to call may have been different previously (was 855-900-1117 this time).  Caller ID always shows a different #.

These people call me numerous times every single day. I've blocked I don't even know how many numbers. Now they call me on restricted lines. Incredibly irritating and annoying. I must have had Andrea Sandoval call me eleventy-hundred times and before her there were at least a dozen other people calling me.

The call came in with “NO CALLER ID”, then left a voicemail message, saying it’s Kenneth Davis from Unions Refund, and please call back at 855-900-1117. No other details but the claims of my W-2 employees for 2020 and 2021, and they could update me the total refund. The voicemail number shows as 602-613-9246, from Phoenix, AZ.

I’ve received numerous calls, first from Andrea at Capital First, and now Kenneth with Unions Refund. Both claim I owed back-claims of $26,000 per employee for claims during the pandemic. I have never had employees. I am the only one working at my detail shop. Caller ID shows various numbers, but they request to call them back at 855-900-1117. Total SCAM.

Same. States that I have refund for my w-2 claim in 2020 and 2021 for my union business. First off, I hate the union so wouldn’t work in a position where I would be required to join the union. Secondly, I don’t own a business. Total scammer.

Caller identified himself as Kenneth Davis, offered to help with retroactive refunds for my the W2 emoloyees for the years 2020 and 2021, asking to call back 855-900-1117.  The call actually came in from 602-613-9257.  I've never owned a small business and have no employees.  Scam call.  I receive similar calls at least 3-4 times a week, each time from a different number but requesting a call back.  Very irritating, can't block these enough.

You call them back expecting to hear someone from overseas but its an older American man, so if its a scam they are using people from the US who either don't know or do know they are contributing to a scam. The scam seems to only work if your business has 5 or more people. If less they will just hang up on you. They actually called from a real number of some lady who had no idea what I was speaking about, the callback number was: (855) 808-7577

I got the same message from Kenneth Davis.  I don't own a business. Call back was 855-200-7577.  Call showed from Bonham, TX.

Same call as the others, from Kenneth at “Union Refunds.” Call was incoming from +1 (430) 270-9236 Whitesboro, Texas. Asked me to call back at a different number 855-685-3101. I’ve gotten several calls from several other numbers of the past couple weeks regarding the same thing. Leave me alone!

Same as the rest, Kenneth with Unions Refund. Wants to let me know my refund for my small business payroll is waiting to be mailed to me, but needs me to call back with some information. I've never owned a small business. Last call was from 1-830-206-1820
