Michael Orork (??) has certified documents for my husband for "intent to appear in court" and was calling to set up a time to come give him these papers. Said he would visit hone then place of employment and that he had to have valid id.

Funny thing tho..ive been served court papers before..they NEVER call first. I also have got certified mail before..the mail lady brings it..so I can only assume like many other 855 notes..this is a scam

Megan, I'm curious whatever came of this?  I too received a call like that and find it to be very strange. Says he is coming tomorrow.

Did he ever show up to your home or place of employment?  Did anything ever happen?

I got the same but the male caller had a different name, don't fall for this it is a scam

Michael Orork ?? called my daughter as well threatening to serve papers for an outstanding loan she never applied for.  He also stated she must be home between certain hours so he can serve the papers.

was it Mr. O'Rourke played by Ricardo Montauban on fantasy Island?  I have gotten two phone calls from the same guy same number says he's coming out tomorrow to my house then my place of business funny thing is both of those are classified because of what I do for a living so that's going to be a pretty neat trick on his part
