Scam Auction House that charges you $100 if you Register for there auction house. I just wanted to see the items for bid and they charged my credit card $100. I have to call this number to talk to customer support. They do not appear to answer, ever.....

Bidrack is a complete scam.  Charged $100 to my card for a free enrollment.  Run the other way.

Same here.  Going to get them shut down.  already contacted their merchant bank.

Scam Auction House called "Bidrack.com"

the same happened to my husband. Surprise! I found a $99.00 dollar charge on our checking account and asked my husband about it. He first didn't remember, then he told me something about having signed up for a new auction place with penny bids. I checked his account with BidRack.com and found he had accumulated supposedly 175 bids| 5 spins ???| and | 0 wins
I tried to call their customer support and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Then I  called our bank and canceled his debit card instantly. Tomorrow he will file a complaint with the bank and we hope to be able to retrieve the money. Since it's a debit card, we doubt it will be refunded. They are not protected as a credit card would be. It is up to the bank to decide. At least they will file a fraudulent auction business online.
I then tried to call this 855-900-7555 customer support number again and this time I was not even put on hold but the answering system told me that "they experience heavy volume at the moment and to please try and call back later". Yeah! Right. I think I will call them at 2am in the morning and see what happens then.

How did you find out about their Merchant bank? I would like to contact them myself.

Has any one recieved their money back?......I am so mad!!
