Unsolicited text. "Good Morning. This is Robert following back up about the land in ... County. Are you still considering selling? Id like to make an offer. You've agreed to receive messages from Robert Buy Land. Reply STOP to unsubscribe to HELP for help....." I never signed up for this solicitation.

Same as above. I in fact do have land for sale and started a brief conversation. They made an offer, I counter offered, and back and forth one more time, ending with a ridiculous offer. So I pestered them and pushed them to test if it’s a scam. Now I know it’s a scam, so let’s have some fun with them.

text says "Any possibility you still have the land in St Lucie county." I never had any land in St Lucie county and I never solicited anything from these people.

Same text message as previous reports. Unsolicited offer to buy land that I don’t have listed.

Got text about land in Arizona…. This guy must be all over! After checking the phone number and seeing the same thing written I texted STOP to end that!

The same land scam. My spam catcher caught it and I didn't see it till I looked in my spam messages.

Unwanted Text Messages

Forward unwanted text messages to 7726 so that carriers will block them. Some carriers do not accept that code and if that is the case then contact your carrier about how to block unwanted text messages, however 7726 is accepted in the US, Canada, and Great Briton. Also, never, ever click on a link in a text message as it will probably install something nasty to your phone that you really will not want to deal with and never, ever respond to one because lets them know that they have a good number with someone on the other end.  It will result in more calls and texts.

Report them here:  https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov

Good afternoon. This is Robert reaching back out about the land in Apache county. You still considering selling?Id like to make offer

Same as everyone else, unsolicited text saying I have land in a state I don’t wanting to know if I want to sale.  Bottom feeding scum suckers

I don’t answer my cell phone unless I know who is calling. This guy Robert called and left a voice mail and then I got the same word for word text. I don’t have land in Colorado. Unsolicited.I blocked number.

Thanks. I reported the jerk.

Same as others (except they got my county wrong).  It is a total scam but one I've seen before so I responded back to see what they did.  The short version is that you go back and forth and then they make an unrealistic offer.

We also received 2 other texts from the same number with a different name being used.  But the first 1 was "Robert".  lol.  Obviously morons.
