Multiple messages with the same wording as the other reporters.  When I returned call I got a answering machine that said I reached the "Processing Department".

Dear REANNA SAUNDERS. To avoid non compliance and escalation please call 855-926-1729 "Reply STOP to opt out" But the message came from a 213-635-2342 number. I have got several of these messages. I called today and they are trying to tell me that I am going to get served at my work and a judgement is going to be placed, and that I owe over $3,000 for a card that was originally from a hsbc account or something. I have never had a card through that company. This is ridiculous!

I have received multiple texts from 3 different phone numbers from 3 different states saying I should call 855-926-1729 to avoid escalation and non compliance. I called and spoke to someone named Ashley. She continued to tell me that I had a HSBC capital one mastercard ending in 8765 that I owed over $3,000 on that if I pay $1,800 today would get it stopped. I told her I wanted to know the exact card and company that is filling against me. She said she could not tell me. I told her to have them send me certified mail of the debt to me. She said she was unable to do that because it is in mitigation. I asked her when did it go into collections. She said 2015. I told her that was impossible because I had a car loan approved that year by them. I told her I didn't have a card with Capital one card during any of that time. She said oh, well, HSBC has it with multiple people. I asked for her information. Ashley ext #412 at Plymouth Processing headquartered in NY which is not anywhere online. I refuse to pay a bill to someone for a debt supposedly in my name that I can't even see. They told me they were going to escalate if I didn't reach back in 24 hours on Thursday. Now it is Tuesday and they are sending the same message from a different number.

They have texted me numerous times a day for weeks now. All from different phone numbers. They told me I owe for a neglected hospital bill for a hospital that no longer exists in my town I asked for dates and they couldn't provide. Definitely weird.

The # 855 926 1729 sends texts from many different numbers and different states . They talk about escalate,  first off ,don't hide from them if they are an actual debt collector,  next do not admit to owing anything , you don't recall any debt . Now this is the burden of a debt collector.  The burden of validation of the debt ,whom it is ,when it was . When you ask for that and they cannot provide that it is now harassment. Most professional debt collectors will provide that information or that debt will be removed . Record everything , calls ,texts . If you owe it you probably should try to make some kind of arrangement,  they can only get a judgement , make sure you speak clearly to the judge if it escalates

My wife, mother and myself have all received this message almost simultaneously looking for me. I called them back, they were extremely rude and told me I had an outstanding balance of $2400 on a JCPenney card. I explained that I do not have a JCP card and I was then informed that they would be serving me with a subpoena. I said cool, can’t wait.
That was 2 months ago. Started again today. I wish there was a way to find them and hold them accountable for harassment or something. Here is the message they leave:
