They called saying someone was trying to locate a person i dont even know. And if the # wasn't right to call back this # so i did. the lady was rude and weird said that a person listed my number as a point of contact and i should let them know they are trying to be served papers and asked me if i know that person. i told them i am alarmed.  but what i dont understand is i doubt people who serve papers call ahead everyday other contact numbers . crazy.

Received a call yesterday and today regarding someone being served papers at either a home or place of work for an unknown reason. I did not receive a name but only this call back number.

I have been receiving the same calls. Returned call and the lady that answered was extremely rude, even yelled at me, then hung up.

I received the same call yesterday and again today. I refuse to call the number back due to believing it’s a SCAM!!!!

This number has called me the last 2 days leaving voice mails stating there is a pending claim against me and he will come to my home and job so I need to be ready with identification. He also said the claim filed against me will become public record. He leaves his name as David Adams but does not give a company name.

David Adams claims a different person is being served papers to my house within 1 hour and will become public record if I don’t return his call immediately. Caller ID appeared as 111-111-1111

I received a call from an unknown number. It starts like this: Jea Cleona Williams, I am agent Specialist Jackson A claim has been reported against you. Someone will come to your place of work or home. You must have the papers ready. It ended with: You have been notified. Good Luck. I do not know anyone by that name. I believe is a scam. My phone number is public because I run a business.

I have received 3 calls from Specialist David Adams saying "I am calling you for a final time in reference to a pending claim.  I have contacted you trying to get your name off the filing that is soon to be public record.  I will be over the home and job within the hour to get your signature to help move the filing along. If you have a legal contact filing party before I arrive the number is 855-926-1836.  If I don't hear from your filing party right away I will see you soon.  Then he says "you have been notified" - in an incredibly intimidating voice (or trying to be at least)!

This person is an IDIOT because I have no idea who the name he mentions might be!

I have received 3 calls 3 days in a row—same scenario.  If Iget 1 more I will file a complaint with the police department.

caller would not answer any questions unless I gave them my social security number

Some man called one of my cousins ask how they got his number IDK they person basically said the same things about some legal paperwork and threatening to deliver to my job

Don't bother the police since there's nothing they can do about your unwanted phone calls.

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Just received a call , pretty much the same thing, only my caller was female, Location Specialist Jennifer with Nationwide Express. Same threat of coming to job and home, claim against your SSN, have ID ready and your supervisor present (no time given, hard to be ready), public record, etc. "You've been notified. Make yourself available." What a joke! Wish I could attach the VM.

I keep getting calls with them looking for my brother. I pretended he was working at a made up so and so and they said they were going to serve him there, so I said that’s how I know this is bs. They went off on the calls back to back and when I answered, the rude ass man was trying to intimidate me by saying I was getting served and my call would be used against my brother and I in court. So I told them ok come and serve me within the hour you said and gave them a location (city PD) and they’ve yet to show up. :) I’m dumb sometimes but I ain’t stupid.

This number kept calling my phone left a voice saying to return their call, when I wouldn’t answer they some kind of way called one of my cousins ask how they got his number IDK. The lady was rude and I curse her ass out. I told you show up at my place of residence I’m coming to the door with my gun because your trespassing. Then going say oh you scared now huh?

I also receive a call the person says he is a Location Specialist Harris, same argument *pending claim* and that he will be out to the home address and or police have employment.

Girl same bro was mean and I got voice mails and apparently I'm John cellc and the guy is saying I made a claim bruh it was so dumb but funny
