I missed the call and was looking for a different # a friend's so I Google the area code to see if that was her # and saw this and the fact that it's a non location #????

This is a scam from some group that will also send you a letter in the mail (that is how I matched the phone number).  My letter said I won either a Prius, a cruise or 2 other things I cannot remember now.  Anyway, it is a scam.
