Robocalls several times each day, says they need to discuss a service matter with my husband. His email and account at the website has no alerts or messages, so clearly a scam. Caller ID number (1-877-430-3416) and the one cited in the message for calling back (1-855-926-5107) are not associated with Bank of America.

Got call from caller id 877-430-3416 with message to call this number.   No alerts on my BOA web page.  Did not call the scammers back

Someone from this number has been calling asking for me and saying they are from Bank of America, which is my bank. After looking up the number, it appears that this is not a BOA phone number according to input from other people that have received the same calls. Must assume it is a scam or spam.

I almost called them back, but like the others there were no alerts on my bank of America account website.  They even had official sounding music/tones at the beginning of the message.  Scam most likely

Robo call for #855-926-5107. The recorded calls says it’s from Bank Of America. We have received this call before and it is not a valid BofA number as far as I can tell.

I am continuing to get calls from this number also (855-926-5107) claiming to be Bank of America.

Needed to talk to me about a service call. Claimed they were Bank of America. Called from3233791781 Los Angeles number. Robo call. anted to return call at 8559265107 Bank of America is our bank for home mortgage but been getting many scams and checked the phone number and ended up here.

Same here they say they need to discuss an important servicing matter.

The call started as if a bad connection then a "boing" chime (like a cartoon) then the same comment, "Service matter, call us back or go to bankofamerica.com" Called three times today that I know of...only left one message.
