Missed call. No message. Probable spam.

I called back to see who called.  The answering machine indicated it was Comcast called with a special offer. Have no idea if the call is legit.

I called the number and a recording said it was some agency calling for Comcast with a special offer. I stayed on the line to see if someone would answer, and a woman came on the line at first sounded like she was choking, but was actually laughing. I could not understand the name of the agency.

Has been calling 1-2x per day this week. Leaves VMs about half the time, but no one says anything.
