Received a call 4:45 pm. No message left.
Did a Google search and found it recently (within a few days of 6-10-2015) listed with a few sites, but so far no one seems to know who or where it's from. Seems like it's a newly issued number.
One site had something about Charter Communications (I'm not in an area covered by Charter) ... but I received a security warning, the site was trying to redirect me when I tried to go there.

Called, I didn't pick up, no message left. Google search indicates its Charter. And now in my reject list!

I receive a minimum of 6 calls per week from this number. Please make it stop.

Based on others it is probably charter. I get tons of calls from them. Will add it to my reject list.

It's charter trying to sell you more service... really annoying. I already told them "no". Still getting phone calls

Got a call on 1/19f 2015 answered it was Charter Communications trying to sell me btr servjce for my current cable needs.  Told them not interested got another call this am @11:44am didn't answer didn't lv a msg,

Sorry my previous msg was 1/19/2016.  Got my 3rd call in 2 days, 2 of them today jeesh they don't understand not interested.

I have no clue who this is..
But it's really annoying..

Charter trying to upsell. Freaking annoying!!!

I answered after a few days of them calling. It's Charter. I have charter. But they could not tell me the services i had with them, nor the office or corporate location they were calling from.
The lady had the nerve to argue with me insisting I did not have their phone service. I do. Call lasted about 2 minutes. *BLOCKED

Three calls in one day. Blocked

I got a call from them a number of times about extra services, if I want those services I would have asked for them as a complete package. all services do the same, make you pay for things you don't need

It's charter. they repeatedly call me during my work day on my cell phone. I have repeatedly told them that I am at work and do not have time to discuss services. You would think that they would note that somewhere.

Charter calling to sell more services. I have only internet with them.

I'm an elementary school teacher and this company calls me on my cell phone in the classroom.  Wish they would find a job they could be proud of and not harassing people.  I looked this phone number up and it said it was a "spammer."

Once they started calling they call several times a day. Hounds from hell. I haven't answered it so I can't confirm it's Charter.

Well,  it's charter.  But the guy was heavy breathing into  the phone. Been getting a call from them every day right around the same time.

Did not recognize number so did not pick up.  They also left voice mail with with no message.  That seems strange to me.  Also I'm on do not call list.  The call came from Arkansas.  I don't know any one from there.

Blocked the number. Called 3x in one minute. All one rings.
