I received a yellow 3 x 5 card with my first name on it, saying" We are trying to reach you about your UNCLAIMED REWARD!"
I called 2x since I received the card to toll free #  1 - 855 - 971 - 2861; once last week and once today.  "Dave" and "Steve" were both very impatient and haughty with me for wanting to know who they were and where they were located. Needless to say, both men hung up on me.  
Just wanting people to be careful. They want your Credit card #, an email address, and money. Don't trust this process. I find it particularly odd that they know your name, address and phone number but there is nothing on the yellow card that tells you who they are. They were both hasty and rude, especially "Steve".

I intercepted a yellow 3 x 5 card mailed to my elderly mother with a 'slightly' different phone number 855 - 971 - 2881, same message as others, "You have been selected to receive $100 in Gas rebates valid at Exxon/Mobil, Shell, Sunoco and more.
[***] target the elderly !  Mom gets scam mail constantly, F-ing politicians aren't doing squat to protect the vulnerable people.

Something that comes in the mail falls under the Postmasters domain. Here's is where you can file complaints:
