This number called my place of employment and left a message on the machine threatening to have me served there if they do not have me call them back. She sounded so rude and said I had a claim filed against me and I was officially notified. When I called them back, they made me feel like I was a criminal and I was going to go to jail if I didn't comply, they got me so upset before I could even find out what it was about, she said I see your not going to comply so we are going to have you in court and file charges against you. This kind of debt collecting has to be stopped!!!

This is Geico claims/collections department. They called me to let me know they are trying to collect my deductable from an uninsured motorist. If they are calling you, you either had an accident with an uninsured motorist, are an uninsured motorist, or you have a number that one of the above mentioned used to have.
