The company, Trustee Services, Inc., purports to be an escrow company working hand-in-glove with 111 Capital Management (also known as Capital Management Corporation or CMC), a known company involved in Timeshare Fraud, and has a person called Stephen McCartney (probably a false name).  The company purports to be in Omaha, NE 68144, and has persons allegedly named:  Alexander Cind; Alexandra Hensley, and Lillian Code.  Trustee Services, Inc also is called TSI, which is a legitimate company.  Telephone numbers used are 855-972-5425; 314-450-7987; 416-654-6477; and 402-972-8476.  This has been reported to the FBI, Attorney Generals of Nebraska, New York and Texas. see the link:

I recieve an email from Erik Cruz and  David T Carroll his Manager who said he was from Resort Owners Services who said he a had person that was interested in buying my Mexican Time Share, they were listed that their business is in Ohio.  Address 10150 East Pike Cambridge OH 437325, Telephone for Erik Cruz 740 692 7479.  I start thinking it was a SCAM when the title company that they used is from NC.  But when they told me to transfer money to Mexico I knew it was a SCAM and stop answering their calls.  Then I recived a call from 855-972-5425 to check on the deal.  I told him I knew it was a SCAM and was not interested that was March 10, 2016.
