Like Pikk, it's a number to be called to a scammer/phisher, using the uncloseable window design. The website used for the window I saw is: "i-warn.ga/?ssid=i9f19w23kauf".

go to your control panel and go to security. reset to earlier time/date. That will take care of your problem. That webpage contains no virus or malware. I have ran several scans of that site.

If there is any malware on that user's machine, a system restore is useless.  Malware developers have figured out how to infect system restore files for well over decade.

Yoda1725's post is 100% correct. If you have a Windows OS, keep backups & system restore backups on an external drive. In control center they have a section to show you how to do that, as well as make a rescue disk. There is one important thing you should have, but Microsoft won't mention it. A Linux live program called 'Gparted' on a CD or DVD that you can boot from. This program will allow you to wipe, and reformat the hard drive. You then pop in the Windows rescue disk, connect the external drive, and reinstall from an older backup. We all have backup's of our OS, don't we? - - (sound of crickets)

all you need to do is restart your computer--go to power button click than restart--if this don't work simply unplug computer from the wall or ac outlet or behind computer
