Said that I was being served papers for a car loan from over 10 years ago. Second time this has happened. The first go round they were very aggressive and seemed legit. They called my wife and mother in law. I called a lawyer the first time and realized it was a scam.

Unknown number left a message claiming to be from the local sheriff's office with "court papers to serve". Obvious scam.

Caller stated he was from a dispatch service, and provided several names (not aliases) of the person he was attempting to contact. Caller stated he was calling to set a time to serve the summons, and this was the final attempt to make contact. Caller refused provide name of person or organization he was representing. He also refused to provide a direct call back number. The only information he provided was the above captioned number and claim/case file number. The number appearing on the caller ID appeared to be "ghosted" - when an attempt was made to use auto dialing to reach the original caller, the call routed to an entirely different number. The caller also became quite agitated when he was unable to obtain any PII, and vehemently refused to provide any clarification regarding the nature or source of the obscure "summons."

Caller stated he was from a dispatch service, and he was attempting to contact me. Also, the caller stated he was calling to set a time to serve the summons, and this was the final attempt to make contact.

This is the Process Service Scam. Ignore any calls or messages, do not call them back. Block the number if they call again.

Me llamaron diciendo debía de una línea de crédito del 2011 e estado muy nerviosa y bloquie mis cuentas por que ellos  sabían mi nombre,ss#,licencia de conducir # de caso #de tarjeta de credito de la que debia el dinero y dirección como consiguen esta información me pueden explicar,me mandaron a mi email supuestamente una carta que habían enviado hace tiempo pero los muy estúpidos la mandaron con la fecha del mismo día que hable con ellas,las personas sus nombres son Lusy Lopez y Lisa Garcia eran muy amables y convincentes, deben ser nombres falsos estos estafadores se las arreglan para engañarte,ahora estoy más tranquila y convencida de que es una estafa después de entrar en esta página y leer que del mismo teléfono 855-972 5563 lamentablemente han tratado de robarle a otras personas doy gracias por que existen este tipo de información en el Internet.
