Someone is cloning Door Dash support number and hacking accounts

They called at 1241 am. My husband and I were panicked because you never want a call in the middle of the night. The driver called immediately after. I answered at 1244 am, my White Castle was here. Told them they had the wrong number. They called again at 1248 and 1249 am. Multiple texts. Again this morning at 636? Why would they keep calling after I told them it was the wrong number?! I will be calling them to recommend they send text confirmations to their customers, or some other phone number verification system because this is unacceptable.

Called me SEVEN times over a 3 minute span. At 9:00am on a Sunday. Never again will I use this company. First and last experience was a nightmare.

Doordask keeps texting and calling me about orders. I have never used Doordash! I called back once and got nowhere. Wanted my email address. I refused. What kind of scan is this?

DoorDash scammers mainly target the Drivers to gain access to their accounts.  Some people they call just happen to be customers they phish info about orders.

It's very ironic that everyone has received calls from them when I couldn't get them to call me back to deal with issues! This is the only delivery company that doesn't give out a follow up number to deal with customer service issues. There HAS to be someone locally handling the business! Will never do business with them again & I suggest you do the same.

Called 3 times in 5 minutes, left a blank voicemail for 5 seconds and hung up each time.  Says 'unknown' number.  If this is a scam for drivers, I'm not a driver but have used the service a while ago.  Off-putting that Doordash isn't protecting their customer information at all.

I am trying to get a refund now! I got double charged on my bank debit card! :'(

Just got a call from this number. A lady left a vm saying she was from Door Dash and that our order from the restaurant had to be cancelled because their fryer was out. They said they were crediting my Door Dash account with $30. I haven’t ordered from Door Dash in months and there is no credit on my account so I’m 99% sure that this is a scam.

Download any restaurant app that uses door dash and get endlessly harrassed all hours of the day and night. Wtf is their prob. I did NOT consent to them contacting me

Downloaded an app had the same prob. Found out u give them permish through the app.
