repeated phone calls to my business and person with a voice from another country,  we are part of a class action suit regarding these call and will be adding this number to it.  We have had 3 calls today already My employees have instructed to record any conversation they have with callers

It amazes me that in the new year of 2016 people still answer unknown telephone calls and give out personal information and/or give scammers access to their computers.  BTW, these scams are as old as the Nigerian bank check scams.
FOLKS DON'T ANSWER UNKNOWN CALLS...THEY ARE ALWAYS SCAMS!!!
They called and like YADA above, we have over 160 area codes blocked.  Have friends, family or business in a blocked area code???  Simply "invite" their number into your blocker - problem solved - they can call right through.
STOP ANSWERING UNKNOWN CALLS!!!  That's what your answering machine is for!

And it amazes me that people haven't figured out yet that those "unknown telephone calls" could be worth big money.

I've cleared more than the minimum wage for the past two years, with the investment of less than three work weeks of 8-hour days. Do the math. It works out to about $1000 a "day" for going after these pests.

No, you can't find the credit card scammers or the "tech support" scammers. But you won't know it's one of those until you pick up.

Have an alarm system scammer coming by tomorrow. They've been to the house twice, were told never to call me again. Stupid should hurt and this one's going to be about $6K worth of financial pain.

Instead of beaching about these calls, how about posting useful identity info when it is available (doesn't apply to this number -- they're buried too deep).

I just want to recognize all that "wonderful" American companies who have "out-sourced" jobs over seas and that set the ball rolling with these people "dialing-for-dollars over and over and over again.  Shame on them!

Just received a call from this number on my cell; did not answer as I did not recognize the number. No voice mail message left.

This is pfishing, fraud, a scam, just plain immoral! Hope they are caught. SOON!  I have older friends who are vulnerable to scum like thus.

Found this in my call logs. I had let the phone ring 3 times, picked up the handset, said nothing.
The caller said nothing, then hung up a few seconds later.

As 855 is a toll-free area code, no one should call it back because then the criminals have the telephone number calling them and know it is someone curious.

i have a whistle and i blow it int their ear, never hear back from them, i hope that their ear is still ringing.   really who do they think they are.  but they get one dumbass to give their info and they have it made.  they called from 855 number.

ISame thing happened to me  Could not do anything.  P.C. would not shut down.  Told to call this  number  I pulled every plug from my p.c. reinserted, then totally turned off the power.  Hit the reset button, and my computer was back.  I ran a scan but nothing showed up.

message said it was from Microsoft1  SCAMMERS!!

Received a call from this number but did not answer because I have had this call before and I keep a list of numbers AFTER I research, so I don't pick jup.  Message on my LOCKED p.c. SAID TO CALL THIS NUMBER FROM Microsoft.  scammers.

The "Rachel from Credit Card Services" robocall. I would like to see a massive media education campaign that these are scams so these scammers don't have anyone falling for their scams & thus putting them out of business! The scammers don't care about any laws including the Federal Do Not Call list so we need to go after them another way to shut them down.

A$$holes called me too, again, sigh! Yet another number blocked!
